About Us

The Peopleshare Team

The directors Sandy and Serena have set up and been running their own businesses for the last 11 years, meaning that they know what their clients go through as owner managers.

All of the client facing staff at Peopleshare are either qualified or currently taking professional exams, and between them they have over 140 years of experience in their field.

Meet the Team

SERENA HUMPHREY FCMA CGMA

Managing Director

As the founder of Peopleshare in 2000, I have over 22 years experience working within finance in the SME and the corporate sector – having trained at Northern Foods plc, and as a finance manager at NEXT plc before leaving to set up Peopleshare, to take corporate quality financial management to the small business sector. I am also voluntary treasurer for the Nottingham branch of the RSPCA.

As a keen aspiring chef, when not at work I can be found either cooking or eating!

SANDY SOLTYSIK

Director

I have managed my own successful businesses for most of my working life –from starting in London in a family clothing business through to print management, and finally setting up Peopleshare.  I really enjoy working with the team at Peopleshare and especially the challenge of showing new clients what a difference having good financial management accounting can make to them.  I love socialising, going to the cinema and the odd glass or two of wine.

SEAN HUMPHREY

IT Director

I am also the managing director of BPM IT Ltd which I set up in 2001, having been in the out-sourced IT industry for most of my career before that, and I look after all the IT and system requirements of Peopleshare.

I quite like to dress up as a Stormtrooper (for charity I hasten to add) and I am also a commercial helicopter pilot in my spare time.

COLIN LEVERS

Director

I have spent my life in the sales and marketing arena, having run my own business for many years, and I am a trained mechanical engineer. My role in Peopleshare is strategic, adding a marketing and overview perspective to the business. I am also managing director of my own industrial chemicals business.  I like to keep fit on my rower most mornings and I enjoy meeting friends and cooking.

RACHEL MUNROE

Senior Management Accountant

I started my career in a Chartered accountancy practice where I learned every aspect of statutory reporting and company tax during my 14 years there.  I joined Peopleshare in 2005 to discover the commercial side to accountancy and I really enjoy the different aspects and problem solving that occur every single day.

When not at work, I'm often found at the gym.  I enjoy camping in the summer - as long as I have access to electricity and other mod cons!

LISA FOX

Management Accountant

Having completed a Degree in English, an interest in finance made me progress into the world of accountancy. I started working at Peopleshare in 2004 I am currently studying for my CIMA qualification.

My passion is founded on the belief that if we take responsibility for ourselves, we are able to achieve anything that we put our mind to. My background has always involved a strong focus on customer service, and I consider this to be a pivotal part of my role.

I enjoy spending time with my family, playing netball and watching Nottingham Forest play.

GARY SAGE

Management Accountant

With over 15 years experience of working within the small business sector, including 5 years as a business owner, I know how important it is to have quality financial information.

I joined Peopleshare in January because I believe in their ethos of working with clients to add value to their business and not just providing a set of accounts at the end of the month.   Out of work I enjoy spending time with my family, playing and coaching basketball, and can often be found stuck under a barbell in the gym.

JENNY ALLEN

Administrator and Credit Controller

I have been with Peopleshare since 2005. I run the administration side of the business and provide day to day support to Sandy and Serena. I also act as credit controller for several of our clients and I love that I can make such a difference to them, and know that I play an important role in helping their cashflow.  When I’m not at work, there is nothing I like more than spending quality time with my family, and the odd glass of wine or two with friends.
