You can now connect to your Sage data from your iPhone, iPad or Blackberry. We have just tried this new feature & simply can't believe how useful it would be for our clients and their key staff.

This feature is new to Sage 50 Accounts 2012. You can use Sage 50 Mobile to access high level dashboard information as well as account detail.

Get live access to your Sage 50 Accounts data on the move. The free Sage 50 Accounts Mobile service is simple to set up and easy to use. It's great for a variety of users who can have access levels set up according to their needs but don't need in depth accounts knowledge.

Use the dashboard to get a quick overview of customer, supplier and bank finances so you know what's
due in or out.

Get more in depth information by accessing individual accounts and create items including sales orders,quotations and invoices.

Here's some examples of how you might find Sage 50 Accounts Mobile useful:
Dashboard
This shows you a snapshot of your bank balance, what your customers owe you and what you owe to your suppliers.

Customers
You can search customer records and view information such as trading information, invoices, quotations and aged debt. You can create customer records, sales orders, invoices and quotations.

Suppliers
Search supplier records and view trading activities, outstanding purchase orders and credit control information.

My Company
Search product details, pricing and stock and apply consistent discount and pricing information to quotes,
orders and invoices. Search project details and activities.

Financial information
You can view your bank activity. You can also run a profit and loss report and other financial reports.
