Sales Invoicing

We can raise the sales invoices for you to your own specifications – enter customer receipts from the bank statements – issue statements to the customer and review all sales ledger accounts.

Credit Control

This can often be an area that is forgotten or pushed to the bottom of the priority pile in a busy accounts office and yet it is crucial for your cash flow.We will contact your debtors – either by email, letter or telephone, whichever you prefer. We will ensure all queries are dealt with quickly, always maintaining a professional but friendly relationship with your customers. We will send copy invoices where necessary and ensure payments are in your bank as soon as possible.

Purchase Ledger Management

We will input all of your supplier invoices – reconcile the statements received from your supplier and request missing invoices. We can raise payments to your suppliers or supply you with an up to date creditor list on request.

Nominal Review

After posting your sales and purchase invoices – we would review all transactions to ensure they have been correctly treated and check if there were any missing costs in the month.

Reconciliations

This would include every balance sheet account – credit card – bank - PAYE - wages - directors loans  - fixed assets – or loan and HP agreements.

​

VAT

We will calculate your VAT liability and submit the return on your behalf.

Factoring reconciliations

We can assist you with the monthly debtor reconciliation as required by factoring lendors.
